Referrals

Referrals are made by welfare and community support agencies who support the person requiring our services. All referrals are considered and assessed as to whether we can meet the needs of the individual.  Unfortunately we are unable to offer personal care, but we offer wide range of individual support, ensuring we consider the person needs and requirements come first.

Agencies

We work closely with Local Authorities, Community Support Agencies, Social Welfare Agencies to provide an advanced support for young people. Building relationships with authorities and agencies gives us a strong position to help with support is required.
