Offering support for individuals with the aim of becoming independent adults in the community.
Who Are We
A community interest not for profit company that offers support and accommodation for those young people and adults aged 16-24 requiring additional support. We pride ourselves on an experienced and highly qualified workforce who understand and demonstrate in their practice going Above n Beyond to advance futures for those who may be struggling for a variety of reasons including, mental health, learning difficulties, Autism, and young parents or parents to be.
What we do
All our support is tailored to the individual, and their needs with the aim of advancing futures and enabling the person to have as much control as possible and ultimately receive support and guidance to live independently in the future. Our support can be offered as:-
Outreach
Support and
accommodation
Respite
Supporting a young person in their own accommodation. Providing care, education and well-being support.
We can offer our self-contained, furnished accommodation in the community that meets all safety standards. A named support worker is allocated to establish a relationship by getting to know the person and offer support according to their agreed plan.
Respite is offered to enable individuals to benefit from a short break, receive support and relief to improve their situation.

Our support is unique to the individual where support workers are matched.
We believe that great support starts with the persons aspirations about their life and what they want to achieve. This is the start of all our support.
We stay with people even when changes and challenges are experienced.
We get to know the persons way of learning, what they enjoy, and what they want to achieve.
We go at the persons pace, giving them the comfort of time and space.
Our support workers are from diverse backgrounds and have various qualifications and extensive experience in mental health, children ,young people and adults. Our shared values of going above and beyond to advance futures is evident in all we do.
